Perfect for all ages

I bought this app for when I babysit my nephew. My sister mentioned it also makes her boyfriend fall asleep too. I suffer from insomnia, so I decided to give it a try. Man, this stuff is seriously magic! I wake up when the music stops, so I tweaked the time to a full night sleep for myself and I wake up now just before it goes off. This app paired with a REM sleep mask helps me so much!
